In 2001 he was engaged to "Beverly Hills, 90210" co-star Vanessa Marcil and the couple had a son named Kassius Lijah Marcil-Green, born on March 30, 2002. Brian had the distinction of being the only leading actor on Beverly Hills 90210 to actually be of high school age when production started.
